How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your item to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment options.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@eazylivingco.store as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another one once it has been dispatched.

We ship to the United Kingdom, all 27 EU member states, and a range of international destinations including Australia, Canada, the United States, UAE, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, and Singapore.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders (outside the UK and EU) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept refunds, replacements, or returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, non-defective return requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Minor cosmetic issues or packaging damage caused during shipping that do not affect product functionality may not qualify for refunds.

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns require prior authorisation before being accepted.
How long does a refund take?
Once your claim or approved return has been reviewed and processed, refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
